The idea to put on a festival in Michelle's memory was something that immediately sat well with the family. We all want everyone to look forward to something fun, doing something that she loved.

We don't do any tear jerking speeches or announcements, but you will see little nods to Michelle all over the site that hopefully will bring a smile to your face.
General Information
Location & Travel
As this is an unrestricted public website, the address has not been listed on here (but it's the same lovely spot in East Devon as last year). If you have not been before, simply send us a message and ask.
- The best way to get there is by car, as it is fairly remote.
- If you're coming by train, the nearest train stations are:
Honiton - 20 mins drive from festival site (Waterloo line)
Taunton - 30 mins drive Or Tiverton Parkway (20 mins drive) (Paddington line)
- You'd then need taxis to and from the festival which we highly recommend pre-booking
Tickets
- We will be selling tickets so that we cover our costs of putting on the event only.
- This is a private, invite-only event. If you have any close friends you would like to invite, that’s great, please just let us know.
Lineup
- We will have DJs playing all day and late into the night, taking breaks to allow for some great local bands we have booked: .
- 5pm: The Limewires will be playing some 90s Britpop numbers that Michelle loved.
- 8pm ish: One Foot in the Groove will cover Funk, Soul, Ska, Pop and Party Bangers from across the decades.
What else is on
- There will be plenty to keep the kids entertained, with bouncy castles, inflatable assault course, a football pitch and treasure hunt (to name a few).
- It is a pet free day, so no dogs allowed please.
Catering
- There are food vans where you can buy some really delicious meals from midday till 8pm. Max and Mike’s Street Food will be doing a Mexican menu plus some kid-friendly options. è Tutto Pepe will be serving wood fired pizzas.
- You’re welcome to bring your own food too.
- If you wish to drink alcohol, you can bring your own as it won't be for sale but please... drink responsibly people. It's worth mentioning that the nearest shop is a 10min drive away.
- Hot drinks and water are free!
Camping
- Why not make a weekend of it? There is plenty of room in the top field for everyone to camp or park up their camper van on the Saturday night. (Note, there is no power for camper vans to hook up to).
- We will supply additional toilets in the camping area. There are no showers, so we hope you can manage Glasto-style for one night.
- For the campers, or anyone staying locally who wants to come back on Sunday morning, there will be a BBQ breakfast and plenty of tea and coffee.
Local Accommodation
- There are no hotels or Airbnbs that are in walking distance from the venue. So if you’re not a happy camper, you will need a car to get to and from the festival. Taxis are possible but you would need to book in advance.
Charity Fundraising
- At the 2022 festival we raised over £750 which is great and all of it went to Brain Tumour Research Charity, who we will be collecting for this year too.
- Make sure you bring some cash if you wish to donate on the day. If we make any profit from ticket sales, this gets donated to the Brain Tumour Research charity too.
